2013 Update
I'm rarely on GR - except to add friend requests and do the occasional book giveaway. Not surprising, with the date of my last entry.
Since then, I finished up the 3 book Heavenly series, wrote Overprotected and Grace Doll.
I'm currently at work on a cool project. It's dystopian packed with my usual intense male/female relationship.
I'm loving, LOVING working on it. The setting's sultry, the characters feisty and the subject is controversial.
I'll be anxious to see if any editors are interested when I submit it. ( Before I self pub, I always submit to agents/editors ) Might sizzle off their fingers with an "I wouldn't touch this subject," message in the rejection--we'll see.
Either way, it's where my head's at - the muse is demanding it, and if you know me at all, you know I let my muse guide me.

Growing up
Like many artists and authors I don't read reviews. I don't look at numbers.
Grading systems are for elementary school...and I left that behind a long time ago.
I do enjoy the random letter of appreciation. What artist/author wouldn't?
Reminds me of when I was eleven and wrote a fan letter to Norman Rockwell, a man who captured Americana better than anyone else ( IMO ) I sooooo wanted an autograph.
Alas, he thanked me for my adoration but declined. Such is the choice of the artist.
