1.    Where did you come up with some of the names for your characters?

    Some of the animal characters were based on animals I have known:  Hank, Drover, Pete, Miss Scamper, Beulah the collie, Bruno the boxer, Eddy the Rac, Brewster,...

 

We know the summer heat is pretty awful, so here's something to look forward to: A "chilling" tale about an incredible (and incredibly scary) polar vortex that hits Hank's ranch in the Texas Panhandle!
