A good story makes you do three things: laugh, cry, and think.

Storytelling is Stacia Joy’s passion. She’s got a notebook in her back pocket at all times, and if you meet her, beware: anything you do or say can and will be used in a book.

When not illustrating or writing, Stacia Joy can be found climbing on top of things, finding dogs to pet, and generally running around with far too many sketchbooks and sweet peppers in her knapsack. Currently she is working for an illustration certificate from the Rhode Island School of Design, and has taken up boxing and drinking black coffee.
