Slowly but steadily

I know it's been a long while since I posted, but there has been some progress made and I wanted to share it. I have made Where Wolf my NaNoWriMo project in the hopes of getting it done some time before the new year. I have had some editing help and that always gets my juices flowing.

So... hopefully... I will have more news soon. Thanks for all those who have been sticking with me on this.

NaNoWriMo

Good morning Goodreads people. Today I started on the third Jackson book for National Novel Writing Month at: http://nanowrimo.org/

If you are an aspiring author, I highly recommend giving it a try. It is a great tool to inspire you to write every day for this month and for completing a novel.

Nearing the Finish Line

Today I finished writing the second book in the Jackson series. It is going to a couple third parties for editing and notes, and once I get the feedback and update my draft appropriately, it should be published soon after. I'm looking for a publishing date before the end of the year.

Finally coming along

So after several years, my second book in the Jackson and Gladys series is coming along, and I'm in the last couple of chapters of being done. After that it will need to be edited, but that shouldn't take too long as long as I have people still willing to help with that process. So my hope is that, even with all this work to do, the new addition will be done before the end of the year.

I am already working on the third book as well and it involves zombies. I know it seems that the world seems to be on zombie overload as it is, but, hopefully, my story will have enough of an original spin to it (as I haven't seen anything like it yet) that it keeps my small and highly appreciated fans immersed in the world of J&G.

Thanks for all the support and I hope not to keep you all waiting too long.

Procrastination

So since my last update, I've been a bit blocked. I'm not going to hit the August 31st deadline. Sorry for everyone who has been waiting. Hopefully I will have a new deadline soon. Thanks for being patient.

Slowly but surely

Working on book 2 and I'm a little over half way through.
Not sure if I'll make the Aug 31st deadline I set for myself, but I hope I can. Just need to buckle down. Hard to do with school, personal life, and looking for work that pays.
Thanks to anyone who actually reads my stuff. You are my reason to keep going.

In the beginning...

... there was one book. I'm currently a little over 1/3 through creating book number 2 and I can give you a couple of hints:

#1 - This book features Cassidy (Jackson's cousin and leader of the MacD) heavily.
Second - There may or may not be a werewolf involved. (dramatic music)
And C - The reader is introduced to a slew of new characters in the Jackson omniverse that are as varied as Jackson's luck.

I hope everyone enjoyed book one and really hope they love book two.
If things go well, there should be plenty more to come.
