Rune Brandt Bennicke

Rune's first animation job was at the age of 16 at A-film Denmark in 1992, while planning to attend art school when he turned 18. However upon turning 18, he was already hired by Amblimation in London as a professional animator, followed by Disney Feature Animation in Orlando Florida when he turned 21.

Rune has worked as an animator on a number of feature films including Asterix and the Vikings, Enchanted, Brother Bear, Lilo & Stitch, Mulan, The Tigger Movie, Balto, and several others.

In addition to being an animator, Rune has also done visual development work for several films including, Kingdom of the Sun before the film was changed to The Emperors New Groove working on llama design, and chief character design for Brother Bear, for which ...more
