Don’t believe everything you think.

I spoke for a business networking group outside of Minneapolis this summer.

Afterwards, a man came up to me:

“Scott, loved your presentation this morning. I own a small wealth management firm and I’d like to discuss having you speak at our kickoff event early next year.”

He handed me his business card and told me to follow up the next week.

Woot woot! Score!

So, I did. I sent him an email on Tuesday.
