Marcus Owens is a native of Atlanta, Ga, and an avid writer of poems, short stories, movie scripts, and songs. Growing up as a child, Marcus became intrigued by words where he would challenge himself to use them within his writings in such a way to paint a picture of what he’d imagine. His first short story, “A Clear Black Night”, conveyed a story of a child growing up in rural America in a poverty stricken neighborhood without power. This one story left Marcus, with the urge to express his vivid imagination on paper more.
