A desire for robots

Visionaries desire an ideal world (see Matt. 5:6). In an ideal world everyone would think, speak and live in harmony with God, family, neighbors and government. Everyone would eat the exact amount of food and work to keep the body at the perfect weight. This is possible. At least we should believe it to be (see Phil. 4:8).

Dr. Charles Stanley states that, “No one would like to be in a form physically, Spiritually and every other way in which you had no choices in life. You are just a robot. Everyday of your life this is how you operate.” Charles Stanley implies that no one would want that. The problem with choices is that man can make bad choices, and left alone by God, man will degenerate to where his choices are all bad, as in the day of Noah (see Gen. 6:5). Man has too many harmful choices, which appeal to the majority (see Matt. 7:13). Choices that appear to benefit self are later discovered to be a liability to self and others. The decision-making mind of man rarely chooses the way of life (see Matt. 7:14). I desire everyone to act like sons and daughters of God, obedient to a high level, similar to a robot. "Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." Matt. 6:10
