My new book, Story Work: Field Notes on Self-Discovery and Reclaiming Your Narrative, officially launched into the world on Tuesday, November 4.

I woke up that morning feeling strange, and I wasn’t sure why. Maybe hormones. Maybe vulnerability hangover. Maybe just the mixture of all the emotions that have been built up over the months leading to this moment.

I know that part of it was knowing that the book is no longer mine alone. Now it’s out there, ready to be held by the world.
