Kris Allis is a retired middle school French teacher. Her dream of writing a novel was fulfilled with her first novel "A False Start." She is married with three beautiful adult children who make her proud every day. She also has a dog, a terrier/schnauzer mix, who has successfully filled her empty nest. Kris enjoys reading, dancing, movies, basketball games, and bowling. She is an award winning member of Toastmasters International.
