Lia Silver's Blog

My latest book!

It's a paranormal romantic comedy novelette, Mated to the Meerkat.

I wrote it purely for fun. It has absolutely no serious themes. I hope it will make you laugh and brighten your day.

If you want to be surprised, don't read the blurb.

Partner is out in all stores!

Partner (Echo's Wolf, #2) by Lia Silver

Partner

DJ Torres, the dyslexic werewolf Marine, and Echo, the genetically engineered assassin who is probably not a platypus shifter, return! Can they take on a shady government agency armed only with a playlist of the world's worst songs, the dubious assistance of a pack of dysfunctional made wolves, the power of love, and a whole lot of stolen weapons?

Features banter, movie and music references, about two bingo cards worth of hurt-comfort, PTSD and other mental illnesses (warning: suicide attempt), Russian meat jello, adventure, comedy, and way more sex than in the first book.

Also, Prisoner (Echo's Wolf, # 1) is FREE in all stores.

Partner is DONE!

It's being formatted now and will be published as soon as that's done. I'm very excited to release it - I've practically lived that story for the last seven months.

An update and request for help

Update: I've adjusted the release date for Partner from the beginning to the end of January. Hopefully that will be correct. I'm in the finishing stretch, but want time to edit and polish. I have loved writing it, and I hope you all will enjoy it too.

Help: Can someone with librarian status revert the covers of Laura's Wolf and Prisoner to the silhouette covers? Those are the correct and current covers of those books. Thanks!

I just put up the blurb for Partner (Echo's Wolf # 2)

Here it is!

I'm about 100 pages into Partner now. I think it'll be longer than Prisoner.

Paper books are out!

I now have paperback editions of Laura's Wolf and Prisoner available at Amazon.

If you're wondering about the prices, it's because they're print on demand, and I had to price them as I did to get the same royalty as I would on an e-book. It's based on the length. Laura's Wolf is fairly long, which is why it's more expensive.

Meanwhile, if you need a non-Kindle format e-copy, please email me at liasilvershifter@yahoo.com and we'll work something out.

Werewolf Marines updates

I'm working on getting paper copies of my books available. Hopefully by next month. Meanwhile, if you need a non-Kindle format e-copy, please email me and we'll work something out.

I now have covers for the next two books! They were done by Yoly Cortez of Cormar Covers.

Want a free advance copy of my new book?

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

I'm very excited to release this book. I had a wonderful time writing it. It's the story of what happened to DJ when he and Roy were separated after the helicopter crash. Roy makes a guest appearance.

As you can see from the # 1 and the page length, this story got a bit epic. It will be released in three parts for that reason. The first two books have happily-for-now endings, with the happily-ever-after at the end of the third book.

If you'd like to get a free advance review copy, please email me at liasilvershifter@yahoo.com. Let me know what format you'd prefer. Also feel free to link to this offer. You don't have to read Laura's Wolf to read Prisoner.
