The Templar Key, just out

Few things more exciting than seeing you new book go live on Amazon.

Normally, the first month is "holding your breath" time as it often takes that long to find out if you get enough good reviews to push the title up the list.

This book is a return to the idea of having a modern storyline intersecting with a historical story to show how a Templar related mystery is uncovered. The templar key

Reviews and readers

Talking to readers is one of the most exciting, but nerve racking things about picking up a pen and starting to write. I ran a Giveaway through Goodreads and have been astounded by the friendly and supportive response.

Great support from Jackie who administers Historical Fictionistas Group.

Looking forward to getting feedback from these readers.

Summer reads

I was just reading through the latest reviews of my two first novels and I notice the frequent comments that they are "fast","easy" and my favourite, "summer read".

It is great to see the books being read in exactly the way I hoped they would. A lot of the creative time behind my writing comes from long hours stranded at airports where I would love something to divert me away from endless Starbucks coffees or reading boring business emails. This is all about escape.

The last book, "The Kaiser's Navigator" was planned and started loafing by the pool on holiday in Italy, so if any of that desire for careless diversion comes across, I am more than happy.
