NEW BOOK ON DRUG ADDICTION
This week I released a collection of essays entitled, "Heroin is the Worst Thing to Ever Happen to Me." A true passion project, I sincerely hope it finds its way into the hands of those who need it the most, those directly affected by addiction, whether they are the user or a family member.
This book will empower you to fight the stigma, statistics, and heartache attached to addiction.
The book is divided into two parts. In the first half of the book, addiction's effect on the family unit is explored. The second half the book is dedicated to those in recovery who are now trying to empower those in the struggle.
There is a duality to this book - as it doubles as both a cathartic work AND resource. The book provides statistics, footnotes, and recommended further reading.
I added a preview of the book to GoodReads! It is the introduction of the book :)
