My research involves abortion, infanticide, and euthanasia in literature. I have presented and published nearly a hundred papers on these topics at various colleges and universities, including the American University of Rome (2015), Fordham University (2014), Franciscan University of Steubenville (2019), and Harvard University (2010, 2011, and 2012). I am the author of An Ethical Analysis of the Portrayal of Abortion in American Fiction: Dreiser, Hemingway, Faulkner, Dos Passos, Brautigan, and Irving (Edwin Mellen Press, 2005) and Testament to a Niagara Obsession (Spare Change Press; Ten Leaves Poetry Series, 2014). A monograph on right-to-life literary theory is under publisher review.

Mellifluous prose, insightful regarding both Israeli and Palestinian/Islamic atrocities, Yousef's conversion from Islam's ideology of killing to Christianity shows that what seems impossible to humans is always possible with God.
