I’m excited to be doing some traveling in September for the release of my new book, THE GODS BELOW. When THE BONE SHARD DAUGHTER came out, we were in the midst of the pandemic, PLUS I had a baby two weeks after the book’s release, so I didn’t have the chance to do much except some virtual events!

I’m very excited to be doing some more traveling this summer and fall, including two trips to the UK in July and in August. I’ll be doing events for both of those trips! I’ll also be doing more trips for the release of THE GODS BELOW (which recently garnered a nice Publishers Weekly review!) in September, including a Guest of Honor stint at ArmadilloCon in Austin, TX.

Okay, a post on numbers--for transparency's sake, and also because I desperately wished for some real numbers before I yeeted the day job. Caveat that I have been lucky and owe a lot to my agent and my publisher.

It’s been a couple months, but I forgot to say—THE BONE SHARD WAR hit #4 on the Sunday Times Bestseller list!

This has been an author bingo item for me ever since I wanted to be ...

It feels a bit surreal, when I line these three books up next to one another, to think that I have written all these words. I am always striving to better myself and to better my work—but for these characters and this story, the work is done. It may not be set in stone, but the words have been finalized, the text printed, the books making their way to homes and readers. I have nothing else to say about them, no new words to write or rewrite, no revisions or edits to make.

There may be another in-person event, but this is how things stand for April! I *should* have Mephi enamel pins with me for JordanCon and the Seat At The Table event. I have not determined yet how to give those away, but I will also have Mephi stickers until supplies run out!

Periodically, people ask me about signed books and I slink off into the distance, ashamed I just don’t have it together.

However, I can finally (briefly) offered signed books for people I don’t see in person! I don't have an indie bookstore close to me I can partner with to regularly send out signed books BUT I will be at my friend's wonderful indie bookstore on April 29 to sign books!!
