Amber Higgins is an American author who spent over thirty years working with dogs as a breeder, all-breed professional groomer, certified search dog trainer and pet business owner.

She has a degree in Media Communications, writing and was first published in magazines and newspapers in the 1990's.

Her books include:

"Family Disaster Dogs" was first published in 2015 (Ask author for a limited edition copy) 2018 second edition with added chapters, Read around the world to learn how a family dog can assist its family in emergency and find missing persons.
