Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Enjoy your day as you ponder on the four-leaf clover and shamrocks green leaves that sends a message of faith (Trinity with us).
The beauty of the emerald isle with lush green lawns of grassy meadows touch our naked eyes.
Let us listen to the Celtic music and songs that lift our senses.
Let the green colors chase away the Monday blues.
Let the majestic rainbow remind us of the Lord's covenant of old that he made with our ancient ancestors.
Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Wednesdays Song

Apex of a 5-day week
Day to really get into your work or activity before the week end...
A lot can be done today
Keep a steady pace
Take this new energy and let it rule as you give it direction....
Stay the course today

Let it carry you in a forward moving motion
Let nothing stop you
Let the song of today carry its own tune
let your ears listen to the melodic notes
Let the lyrics play joyfully lifting up your spirit.

Wednesday, song -cf

Each Day...

Each day is a new prayer
Each day is a blessing
Each day is a gratitude, that brings thankfulness

Each day brings a new idea
Each day brings a new thought
Each day brings a new wisdom
Each day brings a new energy
Each day brings a new opportunity
Each day brings a new life
Each day brings a daily bread to nourish our souls...a new manna, in the Lord's will...

Each day has its own provision
Each day does not depend on yesterday

Each day is special
Each day is priceless
Each day is what YOU make it
Each day! -cf

Is Too Much Anti-oxidants Good 4 You?

Hi Everyone!

Per Dr. Oz, it is better to get your daily dose of anti-oxidants in the foods you eat rather than taking supplements for them.

You may risk over dosing yourself on these supplements and it may have the reverse affect. Studies are showing that too much intake of anti-oxidant supplements are doing more harm than good.

Fruits and vegetables have the healthy doses of anti-oxidants your body needs to fight off those free radicals. This will help you take it in moderation.

Foods w/anti-oxidants:
Blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, cranberries, black beans, and red beans. To name a few.

Feast Day of St. Joseph

Matthew 1:18-1:25
Birth of Jesus. Now this is how the birth of Jesus came about. When his mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found with child through the Holy Spirit. Joseph her husband, since he was righteous man, yet unwilling to expose her to shame, decided to divorce her quietly. Such was his intention, when, behold the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph, Son of David, do not be afraid of taking Mary your wife into your home. For it is through the holy Spirit that this child has been conceived in her. She will bear a son and you are to name him, Jesus," because he will save his people from their sins. All this took place to fulfill what the Lord has said through the prophet: "Behold, the virgin shall be with child and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel."
which means "God is with us." When Joseph awoke, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took his wife into his home. He had no relations with her until she bore a son, and named him Jesus.

Spring Into Action, First Day of Spring

First day of Spring
Flowers blooming in the meadow
Roses, daises, tulips, galore
They sing and sway to the sound of the breezes amour.

First day of Spring
Bright blue hues paint the sky
Clouds drifting and floating by and by
Birds chirping and singing their lullaby

First day of Spring
Cleaning with Mr. Clean to my hearts content
Lenten reflections make sweet quiet confessions
Giving, praying, and fasting to make room for living waters to nourish our souls
