I have never experienced any other relatio…moreThere are so many to chose from, but I would single out Achilles and Patroclus from "The Song of Achilles". I have never experienced any other relationship - through a book or a movie - as I have theirs. It is the best written love story that I've ever read and one that can actually show every other writer out there how it is done. There is such poetry to it, and yet it is still as real as it can be. Both characters are three-dimensional and believable, and you can easily relate to them and what they're feeling and experiencing. For me, their love story has become the point of reference whenever I want to portray something like that in my books.(less)
