OFFICIAL COVER REVEAL FOR “Rm w/a Vu”

Ready…?

With only 12 more days until Rm w/a Vu is available in all major online retailers, I figured now was a good time to show everyone the finalized cover!

So, here it is!

Pageflex Persona [document: PRS0000037_00039]

FULL SUMMARY:

Juliette Foster is a college sophomore out of options. After being forced to move out of her dorm, thanks to a roommate who fails to respect boundaries, Juliette is welcomed back into the loving home she grew up in.

Problem is, her parents have gotten comfortable with their daughter being away at college. Juliette feels they may be a little too comfortable, actually.

Not wanting to cramp her parents’…extra-curricular activities, Juliette takes to Craigslist in order to find a solution. After weeding through the weirdos and the jerks, she stumbles upon one particular ad that seems too good to be true.

Her potential landlord, Greyston Masters, is an extremely sought after sports agent who travels a lot for work, and is in desperate need of someone to watch over his large Arizona home while away. With the possibility of a quiet place to study, and at an amazing rate, Juliette jumps at the opportunity.

Unfortunately, what Juliette had hoped to be a distraction-free zone turns out to be anything but.

Just how good is the view being advertised?

Full length New Adult Contemporary Romance.

Contains coarse language, mature subject matter, and explicit sex scenes.

Recommended Reading Age 18+

OFFICIAL COVER REVEAL FOR “Just a Number”!

I know I’m a day late with this, but yesterday kind of got away from me.

Better late than never, though, right?

So, without further ado, here is the official cover for my next release, Just a Number.

Just a Number Cover

FULL SUMMARY:

When 21-year-old Amelia Michaels returns home for Thanksgiving after a long night of partying with her friends, she finds an unexpected surprise in her bed:

Her father’s 43-year-old best friend, Owen Cavanaugh.

Mortified by what they’ve done in their inebriated states, Amy and Owen plot to keep what’s happened between them from her father, Alan. Unfortunately, keeping away from one another seems almost impossible now.

While he tries to fight it, Owen’s attraction to this much younger woman is undeniable. He knows it’s wrong, having watched her grow up, but when Amelia suggests a shocking solution to their growing attraction, he finds himself unable to refuse. What neither of them expects is for their feelings for one another to grow.

How will Amy and Owen deal with the obstacles that coincide with such a large age gap as well as coming clean to the one man who means the most to both of them—Alan? Is age really just a number, or will their differences eventually tear them apart?

Official AD Ryan Street Team

Blood Moon Trilogy Banner

Hi all! I’ve been meaning to post this for a while, but, you know…life.

Anyway, as most of you know, I’ve been a published author for a little over a year now. I’ve got four books released with a fifth on the way this fall. It’s all very exciting, and I’m looking for a little help in spreading the word. Most, if not all, of you have been with me since my early days–way back in 2008–so I thought I’d start here!

Most of you are probably already parts of other street teams for authors who’ve since made the leap into the publishing world, and that’s awesome! You can never be in too many, right?

Never been in a street team before? What does a street team member even do?

Well, let me tell you! First, not every street team operates the same way. Some authors want you to buy their books (and I definitely want this too!) BUT, I also offer ARCs to my members before release dates so you can get a jump on everyone else and leave me some sparkly reviews on Goodreads and all other online retailers :)

In addition to that, being a part of this team will you the VIP treatment. You’ll be privy to teasers before the general public, I’ll share design ideas for future novels and ask for opinions, and you’ll get exclusive content and outtakes that never made the final cut (I don’t have much of this yet…but fear not, it’s coming!). There will also be a few other prizes, such as:

~ A chance to name a character after you in my next book.

~ A chance to win autographed books in a monthly special drawing for Street Team members only. All Street Team members will be automatically entered.

~ A drawing each release month for a $25 gift card with TWO WINNERS!

~ A date with Charlie Hunnam. (Kidding. I’m keeping Charlie for myself. It’s okay; he’s on my list. My husband’s cool with it.)

~ Random insider Street Team content that might include insider tidbits about my characters or future releases.

Here are things you can do to be a contributing A.D. Ryan Street Member. Take whatever you feel comfortable doing. If you even do one thing, that’s all you need to do to become a Street Team member.

In-Person Promotion:

~ Talk the books up and share promo materials with friends & family to spread the word. I’m in the process of having bookmarks printed. I’ll send some to each member periodically, so please hand them out when you have them if you can

~ Buy my books the first week of release, which helps it get on the bestseller lists. (Like I said, you will receive free copies, of course, but know that sometimes changes happen between the uncorrected ARCs I send out and the finished product  I’ll always offer them at a discounted rate in ebook form, or there’s always the paperback versions to buy if you’re anything like me and need paperback. I’m looking into coupons for places like Amazon and Createspace, so hopefully you’ll be able to get a bit of a discount for being a street team member  ;)

~ Ask your local library to order my books. Give the librarians the title, name and publisher.

~ Take promo materials (bookmarks, postcards, etc) to your local stores, place them with the booksellers. You can leave them with libraries and even at coffee shops.

~ Take promo materials (bookmarks, postcards, excerpts, etc) to your local reader group, writer group or RWA Chapter to share with other members.

Online Promotion:

~ Feature/share interviews, reviews, excerpts, or my video trailer via your blog, site, Facebook page, etc.

~ Visit during online appearances (workshops, blog tours, chats, etc)

~ Share your (honest) review of the book via Amazon and Goodreads (while this one isn’t MANDATORY, because I can’t force anyone to leave a review, I would definitely appreciate it since you will be receiving a free ARC just being a part of the team :))

Remember, do only what you feel comfortable doing, even if it’s just one thing. Joining is easy! Help promote my book using one or more of the above ideas.

I’ll post as I have bookmarks (some autographed!) to send to everyone. For being a part of this group, you will receive FREE eCopies of my novels before they have been released. All I ask is that you read them and review on Amazon and Goodreads and share my posts on Facebook to spread the word. That’s all!

Now, because I’m giving each of you a free ARC of my novels, these will be DRM free, meaning they can be opened on anyone’s device and not locked down to the purchaser’s. This makes sharing easy and piracy possible. While I know none of my street team members would do this, I do feel it necessary to ask you all anyway to refrain from it, even though it might seem like a good idea at the time. I’m trying to build a career and a reputation in the industry, and I don’t make money off of giving stuff away. I’m trusting each of you to keep your copies to yourself, and if you think a friend or family member might enjoy it, spread the word and let them know where they can get a copy instead. To upload it on line for others to read for free is stealing from me and my family. I spent precious hours writing these novels, please don’t devalue my work by posting it on a site and taking the few dollars I may make per unit sold. My trust is easily gained in the beginning, but once it’s broken, it can take a long time to get back. Let’s go into this with a clear understanding of the rules. I am looking into other ways to share these ARCs so that they are DRM protected, I just haven’t found much since I only just began my research.

Also, I’m still building the team. If you think you know someone who might enjoy getting some free reading material and making a few new friends, have them send me a message and I’ll see if they will fit in with the goals I’m trying to achieve.

In order to get your copies to you on Monday, I’ll need each of you to send me your email addresses so I can add you to the shared Dropbox folder. There, I’ll place a PDF, mobi, and epub file of each of my completed books so far for you to download to your devices. Again, use them responsibly  ;)

Comment below to let me know you’ve read and understand everything. And PLEASE feel free to post in the group. Ask questions about writing, my characters, my books, my process…whatever you’d like to know! I want to get to know each of you a little better. You can even engage others in discussions about life in general!

You can find me on Facebook. Shoot me a message and I’ll add you to the team!

It’s here! IT’S HERE!

Well … my original novel, Blood Moon, released TODAY!

I was planning to wait until October to release it, but decided to do what they call a “soft release” to get some readers and reviews on Goodreads, Amazon, Smashwords, etc.

Here are the links to where you can purchase. I’m still waiting on the Kobo store and Amazon KDP for those digital copies, but you can get both epub and mobi files through smash words. I’ve released the novel in print as well if you still enjoy reading real books  ;)

CreateSpace  (Print)

Amazon  (Print; will update when digital is available)

Smashwords  (all digital formats)

iTunes  (epub for iBooks–possibly for Kobo–I’ve never bought a book off iTunes before, so IDK what apps it opens in :))

Barnes & Noble  (Nook)

Please follow me on Facebook and on my Official Author blog for updates on future projects  :) I’ll update with the other distributer links as they go live. Happy reading!

I’m so jacked about this book, and holding it in my hands has been the most surreal experience.

So, without further ado, here it is. Be sure to like, share, and stay tuned for more Blood Moon news!

“Blood Moon” News!

So, with the edict process on my first novel almost complete, I’ve decided to schedule the cover reveal for April 1st!

(this, of course, is assuming I receive my print proof copy of Blood Moon on March 26th like I’m told I will. I’m starting to feel a lot like I did toward the end of my two pregnancies–anxiously waiting their arrival so I could hold them in my hands and see the miracle I’d created–don’t laugh, this feeling is very real even when talking about a book I’ve written ;))

Now, I still haven’t set a publication date, but I’ll have a better idea once I’ve gone through my proof.

However, I will be posting the first four chapters as well as the prologue of Blood Moon on my blog for all of you to preview before I publish.

Leading up to publication, I will also be planning several fun giveaways. These could include print versions of my novel, book marks, digital ARCs (advanced reading copies) and more!

Stay tuned here and on my Facebook Page for any and all updates!

xoxo
