Time to study
My next few books will be craft related. I'll be focusing n writing YA fiction and also on writing the paranormal. I'm also going to start reading the Harry Potter books, which, believe it or not, I have never read. So until next time, Keep on trucking -- er, reading.

Apologies
I see I've been seriously getting behind with my blog. I apologize and will try to do better.
The reason I'm so slow is an article I plan to publish on Kindle/Amazon. It's nonfiction, and is related to sleep disorders in a way.
I wrote abut sleep disorders for 8 years for the web site About.com "http//www.about.com"
This article, however deals with much more than sleep disorders.
I've also been reading --- a lot. So many people have written so many great books. How dose one keep up?
More in a few days, and watch for my article.

Rewrites and Rethinks

As for the Kindle nonfiction, after studying article after article on finding the best niche, all I found was confusion. So I've decided to write about what I know - Sleep and Sleep Disorders. Either it'll float or sink, but I'll give it my best effort.
Now back to what I love - reading someone else's writing. I read this book years ago. I couldn't remember the plot, but I do remember that it had an impact on me. I decided to read it again to find out why. Swan Song by Robert McCammon.

Which Niche?
I've managed to write two novels. The first - Snow Demon - I formatted and published through Smashwords. It's in desperate need of a rewrite. I shall get to that beginning tomorrow.
The second - The Man with No Face, I published through Kindle, and after several starts and stops, managed to complete the formatting.
A lot of my publishing success has been in nonfiction. I wrote the sleep disorders topic on About.com for 8 years. I would love to write nonfiction, especially short reads, for Kindle. But what should I write about? What should my niche be?
Sleep disorders doesn't seem too popular. I've also written about prophecy, women's health and the paranormal.
Suggestions? One of these or something else entirely? I've spent hours pondering this when I'd rather be writing.
