Robert Małecki (ur. 1977 r.) politolog, filozof i dziennikarz, ale przede wszystkim miłośnik kryminałów i thrillerów oraz nowej zabawki – czytnika ebooków; szczęśliwy uczestnik warsztatów kreatywnego pisania realizowanych w ramach Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Kryminału we Wrocławiu, a także tych organizowanych przez Maszynę do Pisania; laureat ogólnopolskich konkursów na opowiadanie kryminalne (MFK Wrocław i Kryminalna Piła). Jeśli w jego głowie nie pulsuje bas Bena Otręby i nie rozbrzmiewają solówki Jurka Styczyńskiego, znaczy, że jest chory. Do tej pory nie był.
