Happy Monday of a short week! 😊 I hate to start the day with a little venting, but here we are—I've already encountered a couple of my top pet peeves.
First up: filing a complaint with a company and getting radio silence. And if you do manage to find a phone number and reach someone, they either transfer you endlessly or leave you on hold for what feels like an eternity. 🙄
Second: no phone number at all! Instead, you're forced to file your issue online, only to never hear back... ugh! I grew up in the era of good old-fashioned customer service, and this just doesn’t cut it.
