Learning Curves Cover Reveal!

How do you feel about returning to Vermont with me this fall? Today, I'm revealing the cover for my next book, Learning Curves, which comes out Sept 2nd! This is a romance set in the world of academia with a former student/teacher dynamic, where a young professor is hired at her alma mater only to find herself working alongside the woman who was her teacher crush when she was an undergrad. It's an age gap, grumpy/sunshine pairing with lots of art (specifically women in art!)⁣

The View from the Top is out now!

It's here! The View from the Top is available today in ebook, KU, and paperback. It's full of delicious Vermont fall scenery, and after writing several slow burns in a row, this book is a "one night to forever" trope that gets steamy by chapter 3! (In fact, I've been told it's my spiciest book yet!) Also, opposites attract, mental health rep, an ambitious businesswoman from Boston who's a total fish out of water in rural Vermont, and so much found family!

⁣Audiobook lovers, don't worry - the audio will be here in early October, narrated by the fantastic Quinn Riley. She's working on it as we speak! I've heard a sample, and...it's fantastic. I absolutely can't wait for the finished product, because I know it's going to be amazing.

When a driven businesswoman from Boston collides with a free-spirited artist on a Vermont mountainside, they share a memorable—and steamy—night, but life soon pits them against each other over the fate of a family business.

Emily Janssen prefers to play it safe. At thirty-five, she’s still working at the inn her grandmothers own while dreaming of a day when she’s able to support herself fully with her art. And while her friends have all hiked to the summit of the mountain in their hometown of Crescent Falls, Vermont, something has always held Emily back.⁣⁣

Diana Devlin has already made it to the top. Well, almost. She’s this close to securing the promotion that will put her in line to take over as CEO of her family’s hotel chain when her father retires. Everything is going to plan until an unexpected run-in with an alluring artist on a mountainside throws Diana off course, resulting in one of the hottest nights either she or Emily have ever experienced.⁣⁣

Emily walks away from their rendezvous feeling inspired to channel some of Diana’s confidence and finally chase her dreams. For Diana, it’s a reminder that with the right woman, she is capable of wanting more than one night.⁣⁣

But their growing passion threatens to burn them both when they learn that the hotel Diana’s in town to buy is none other than Emily’s grandmothers’ beloved inn. It’s Emily’s home, and no big city outsider—not even Diana—is going to take it away from her.⁣⁣

Will the view from the top be worth the climb, or will they both have farther to fall?

Cover Story cover reveal!

It's cover reveal day for my next book, Cover Story, which will be out on March 26th! This is a standalone celebrity bodyguard romance with fake dating, and oh, how I love this book! There's drama! There's angst! There's a dash of hurt/comfort and a delicious slow burn (that will pay off in the end, I promise!) And...there are cute pets!

Usually when I'm writing a book, there's one heroine I really swoon for and one I want to be BFFs with. Well, in this book, I swoon so hard for them both: Natalie the glamorous (yet traumatized) actress and Taylor the fiercely protective (and also a bit damaged) bodyguard. I'm madly in love with them both!

Stars Collide is available!

It's finally here!! Stars Collide is available today in ebook, KU, paperback, and audio!

Stars Collide is a grumpy/sunshine celebrity romance between an up and coming young pop star with a very bubbly, very queer brand, and a reserved legend of pop music who's lonely and jaded after twenty years of stardom. She's always assumed she was straight but never understood why she's never had much passion in her life. When they're teamed up for a duet at the Grammy's, well, it's safe to say that both of their worlds will be rocked that night.

You could say this book is my love letter to pop stars and the music and fandoms who've meant so much to me throughout my life. I loved absolutely every moment of writing this book, and I hope you'll love it too!

Stars Collide Cover Reveal!

It's cover reveal time for my next book, Stars Collide, which will be out on May 2nd! This book let me bring my inner fangirl to the forefront and is the culmination of decades of pop music fandom (if you know me, you've surely heard me gushing about one pop star or another - it's in my DNA!)

When they're teamed up for a duet at the Grammy's, well, it's safe to say that both of their worlds will be rocked that night...

From Rachel Lacey, award-winning author of Read Between the Lines, comes a sexy slow-burn romance about two dynamic divas who collide on the world’s biggest stage

Eden Sands has been a star for twenty years, but it’s lonely at the top. Her mediocre marriage just ended, and her inner circle is smaller than ever. The stage is the only place she’s ever felt like she truly belonged, and yet, her last album flopped, and her upcoming tour hasn’t sold out. Eden’s desperate for her star to shine bright again, but when her team suggests a collaboration with an up-and-coming young star to give her a boost, she balks.

Anna Moss is pop music’s rising star. She’s idolized Eden Sands for most of her life—so it’s a dream come true when she’s invited to perform with her at the Grammys. Anna’s tired of being defined by her bubbly persona. She wants to be taken seriously as an artist, and a duet with Eden could be just what she needs.

As Anna and Eden rehearse, they soon realize they have more in common than their musical talents. Now they just have to decide if what is between them is a one-hit wonder or the making of a romance worthy of one of the greatest love songs of all time.
