When a client of my comms business opened up shop there, all signs seemed to be pointing to yes. Create a job there! But the book makes clear is that I was missing a lot of other signs along the way.

All that aside, seeing it everywhere during the FIFA World Cup reminded me of a lot of good times I had there, with some truly great friends.(less)

L.L. Kirchner Hi all! This is a trailer for my book about going through a divorce in the wild and wonderful world that was Qatar in the early aughts.

There’s been so much interest in the country with all the FIFA business, I reverted the rights and self-pubbed it. JUST today on the very last day I thought, I should recut my trailer with the #WorldCup music.
