Moonlight
I recently published Moonlight through Smashwords.com. This is a little ebook, only 43 pages, a fantasy romance set in modern Japan. I have released it for free for an indefinite period - but get it now, because it won't be free forever! Amazon, for reasons of their own, are charging good money for it already, although I have told them it is available for free elsewhere (eg. Barnes and Noble, Smashwords). Here is a direct link to the free book on Smashwords, where you can download it in different formats. If you prefer, get it as a Nook Book from Barnes and Noble.

First announcement
I am now working on a new book, working title "Red Katya", and I have just posted a teaser segment on my website. This will be the prologue to the new book. Actually, the book looks like it may be a trilogy, as it is going to be a grand fantasy in the classic style. If not a trilogy then it is going to be one fat book. I am absolutely delighted with the story-line I have worked out, so am writing fast!
Dragonfire
Seems I just got ambushed by my own imagination... Dragonfire, a mean little short story, got itself written, cover done, and published on Smashwords in just six hours last night! Then I went to bed. *Yawn*

Moonlight II
For those of you who've read Moonlight, feedback from my readers (and editorial input on my contributions to Pocket-sized Yarns) has convinced me to revise, edit, and rework Moonlight significantly. A second edition will be released shortly, which will be about 1 000 words longer than the original. Look out for it!

Nights Bright Days
Notes from an occasional writer, chiefly in the realm of dream and fantasy, whence this title. And no, there is no apostrophe!
Shakespeare's Sonnet 43:
When most I wink, then do mine eyes best see,
For a Notes from an occasional writer, chiefly in the realm of dream and fantasy, whence this title. And no, there is no apostrophe!
Shakespeare's Sonnet 43:
When most I wink, then do mine eyes best see,
For all the day they view things unrespected;
But when I sleep, in dreams they look on thee,
And darkly bright are bright in dark directed.
Then thou, whose shadow shadows doth make bright,
How would thy shadow's form form happy show
To the clear day with thy much clearer light,
When to unseeing eyes thy shade shines so!
How would, I say, mine eyes be blessed made
By looking on thee in the living day,
When in dead night thy fair imperfect shade
Through heavy sleep on sightless eyes doth stay!
All days are nights to see till I see thee,
And nights bright days when dreams do show thee me. ...more
