Torn Update
Though it's been difficult to get work done this summer while the kids have been home, I'm on my last editing run through Torn before it goes to beta readers. They will read, make notes, and help me resolve issues before the book goes to my wonderful editor in December...
Which means we're still on-track for a late winter release. Again, "Winter 2015" means late February/early March, not December! I'm not going to make you all wait more than a year for the next book. :)
I'm hoping that once the boys are in school, I'll be able to devote more time to writing the books that you're all so excited about. While Torn is with readers, I'll be starting book 3. Thank you for your support and enthusiasm. You're amazing.

Updates and Edits and Stories, Oh My!
Hi again! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season.
Just a few quick updates for anyone who's missed them on my blog (www.disragardtheprologue.com), where I share them regularly:

The Binding
My short story The Binding (Bound prequel) is now available free through Amazon.com, Nook, iBooks, and Kobo. It will be exclusive to Amazon for a few months starting in February, so be sure to grab a copy elsewhere before then if you need to.
We're still trying to get international Amazon sites to make it free, but it's a slow process. Feel free to report the lower price elsewhere if you'd like to!

After a few unexpected delays, I have edits back and am hard at work making this the best book I possibly can for all of you. I'm still aiming for a March release, with pre-orders in February, but quality always comes before speed. You deserve the best. That means edits by my editor (done), me (in progress), and a second editor/proofreader (scheduled) before I can start the publication process.
I will announce a release date here, via newsletter, and on my blog as soon as I can do so with confidence.

Yesterday was the one-year anniversary of Bound's publication. Its first book-birthday, if you prefer that. It's been a crazy year, and an amazing one thanks to fantastic readers who have enjoyed the book and recommended it through reviews, blogs, and word-of-mouth.
