I don't think people realize how much Red Lights, Black Hearts means to me. How much I believe in the message. It's not a romance, and while there is a love story involved, this book is for those who know darkness and struggle to see the light in themselves. It's not about hearts and flowers and marriage, it's about the hard stuff. The pain, the struggles we carry from our family members, how people's actions affect us and mold us. The snowball effect they have in our lives. Because they do. And ultimately, how we have the choice to return to our true self when we learn to forgive and release so much blame.
