Amy Tanner writes because she believes--with wholehearted irrationality--that her words have the power to become real. To make dreams come true. In one way or another. And no, there's no scientific evidence behind it, although some mighty strange coincidences have traipsed across her path. She has good reason to believe that she actually dated the male protagonist of her first novel, even though he wasn't Polish. But he was rather mad. Fall in love with what you're doing, and that love will carry you through the hard parts, when you feel like the skin is slowly being peeled from your body. If you trust the goodness that is in you and allow it to express itself in the way that is singular and particular to you, your life will become a thing of beauty, and your friends will love you even more, and you will rock.(less)
