I grew up in Philadelphia. Started writing poetry at the age of 7. My 8th grade teacher Mr. Batt encouraged me to pursue my writing since I was so passionate about it. My muse is travel and I have been traveling internationally since I was 12 years old. I have published in the Philadelphia Inquirer Travel Section and on online publications. This is my first published book: "Sisters, Sunsets, and Self Discovery." Besides writing and traveling, I love dancing, hiking, camping, live music, and happy hours. Normally when I do get writer's block though, I step away from the writing for a day or so and give my brain a break. I also take time to brainstorm before hand and during. What it feels like to write your first book!

Hi Everyone,
This is my first post as an author. I've always fantasized about writing and publishing a book, but I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd do that by age 26. Each time I've traveled in the past, I planned to write a book, but I never did. I never had the follow through to get it done.
