September Wrap Up

What did you read in September?

I read 12 books in September, including Stone Yard Devotional and The Safekeep, which means I've now read all of this year's Booker shortlist. James by Percival Everett is my personal favourite, with Orbital by Samantha Harvey as my second choice. I enjoyed everything I read in September, but my book of the month is The Undetectables. A compulsive read, but not without its share of clichés. I’m glad to finally take Don’t Close Your Eyes off my TBR pile, but I won’t be adding it to my bookshelves.

Road Trip with a Vampire is the third book in a cosy paranormal fantasy series (although it can be read as a standalone) that is perfect for anybody looking to switch off.
