I often get the best ideas when I don't mean to! So from something I read or hear someone say, and sometimes get brilliant ideas in the middle of the night or when I'm doing normal, completely unrelated, things.(less)

September Wrap Up

What did you read in September?

I read 12 books in September, including Stone Yard Devotional and The Safekeep, which means I've now read all of this year's Booker shortlist. James by Percival Everett is my personal favourite, with Orbital by Samantha Harvey as my second choice. I enjoyed everything I read in September, but my book of the month is The Undetectables.
