i've read this goddamn book 9 times now so I think it's pretty darn good and there may be one or two typos but put it up to 'author's choice' and leave it at that. It holds a mirror up to society and reinvents the wheel of Apocalyptic fiction. ...more

So, so good. A lot of the stories intertwine and tell the same story from different POVs so it helps to pay attention and not 'skim' through some chapters. Doug writes women well and has some amazing one-liners in there that amazed me.
