I'm swimming around in a sea of blogging and social media at the mo, not quite up the creek without the proverbial paddle but definitely needing the odd life jacket with tips and assistance to keep me calm - lol - the writing is the fun bit the promoting part is a whole roller-coaster of emotions!

Sebastian Silver & Lucia Myers, met a decade earlier and were instantly attracted to one another. Lucia for reasons you'll find out, goes home with his friend Niall. They become best friends during their university degree and remain so.

Fast forward 10 years and Lucia is now a single mum to a gorgeous little boy Finn and running her interior design business. She's dating again but hasn't ventured in a sexual relationship since splitting with her ex.

Sebastian is a millionaire after making it big in the construction industry. After working away in Dubai he returns and all the feelings they'd had for one another the first time they'd met, come to the fore.

Lucia decides that someone like Sebastian - a true alpha male, great with the ladies, and in the sack (according to the vast rumour mill) and not in anyway form of shape, keen on commitment - would be great to ease her back into the sexual saddle. He'd be someone she could trust to be gentle but show her a good time; plus he's seriously 'dry-mouth tasty!'

Sebastian agrees. It suits his own needs as he's wanted to bed Lu since the first night they'd met - but only on his terms; introducing the FBR's - f**k buddy rules.

Their sexual journey begins, but their combined stubbornness and his controlling ways throw conflict into the mix. There are others from their past and present threatening to destroy any chance of a future and Lucia is beginning to feel like she is being watched...

Lots of delicious & incredibly 'hot flush' steamy sex scenes, combined with tender romantic moments will keep you routing for this couple, destined to be together but there are continued concerns over ruining the friendship they had before the intimacy.

This book is not a standalone and needs to be read as part of the trilogy. I am currently finishing BOOK 2 - THE ONE ADDICTED and hoping to have this out to you all October.
