Născut în Brașov la data de 29 ianuarie 1992, Silviu Urdea este scriitor și sportiv de performanță. De altfel, este primul Strongman din țară, dar și din lume, a cărui ocupație, în afara sportului, este scrisul. În decursul anilor a reprezentat România pe plan internațional în competițiile de Strongest Man.
