My New Series
Hi, Everyone,
It’s been four years since I released a book, but that’s all about to change. Beginning on Tuesday, July 14th, I will be releasing Invincible – Season 1 – the first book in my new mystery & suspense, action thriller series.
The sequel, Stormwing – Invincible Season 2 will be released two weeks later on July, 28th, and the final installment, Dare – Invincible Season 3 will be available from August 11th. There will be no wait between them. Once you’ve finished one, the next will be out.
So, that’s what I’ve been up to. Not one, but THREE new books (plus a free sign-up prequel novelette, Invincible: Polaris.)
It’s always terrifying releasing new books because we never know how they’re going to be received. I suppose if we didn’t think the story was a good idea, we wouldn’t write it in the first place. Our gut instincts are our only barometer – but I’m pretty excited about this new series. I endeavored to keep it in the spirit of the Hold On! series, while creating something totally unique. This time, there’s more of an emphasis on the mystery aspects, although it still has its share of edge-of-the-seat action.
For fans of Hold On!, Invincible takes place in the same universe. It has no direct plot connection to Hold On!, although I do have plans for four more novels that will involve crossovers between the two series’.
Invincible – Season 1 is currently available for pre-order, and I am offering it for 99c until Thursday, July 16th:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C6YWY4X
I would like to thank all of my readers who have supported me through some extremely trying times over the last five years. You are the reason I continue to write, and I think that deserves a big THANK YOU!
To give you an idea about the new series, here’s the video trailer for Invincible – Season 1:

I truly hope you enjoy it, and above all – stay safe.

A Groundbreaking First
Hi Everyone,
It’s been awhile, although it has been a full-on roller coaster ride, where so much has been happening.
I’m over two-thirds of the way through with writing the fourth entry in the Hold On! series – a stand-alone novel entitled Hold On! – Tomorrow. I hope to release it sometime around the autumn.
Hold On! – Tomorrow establishes a unique landmark in music and literature. The series was originally inspired by AOR/Melodic Rock music, and in August 2015, I was contacted by critically-acclaimed, Italian rock producer, Pierpaolo ‘Zorro 11’ Monti. He proposed that he wanted to write, record, and produce the official theme song for my next novel. The song, which I can now tell you is ‘Gotta Get Away’ by Charming Grace, is currently in the demo recordings stage, and will be released as a single sometime later this year through Tanzan Music.
While there have been hundreds of songs written retrospectively ‘about’ classic novels, this is the first time in history that a commercial song has been written specifically ‘for’ a book as the manuscript was being written.
I am extremely excited about this astonishing turnaround, and I would like to thank all of the fans the series. Without you, this couldn’t have happened. You, my dear readers, are the ones responsible for enabling me to remain a player in this incredibly tough game.
More to come . . .
Warmest wishes,
Peter

Hold On! Gets Celebrity Review
"Three pages into Hold On by Peter Darley you forget you’re reading a novel and feel as if you are watching a TV show. Darley has created something rare in fiction: a romantic-thriller that is both heart racing and heart breaking. His lead character Brandon Drake is an enigmatic knot that only Belinda Reese and we, the lucky reader, can untangle.
The title Hold On is uttered when the main characters meet for the first time but it’s good advice for readers as well. Because once this fast-paced thrill ride starts – think the proverbial roller coaster sans safety bar and forget about the brakes – it doesn't slow down.
Darley writes with great passion and heart and I can’t wait for the sequel."
