Kory Kogon With all the research and study I do around the brain, I know the most important thing I can do is not try so hard to write or get thoughts generated.…moreWith all the research and study I do around the brain, I know the most important thing I can do is not try so hard to write or get thoughts generated. The way the brain works, sometimes by turning to something completely different for a while, or just pausing will allow the brain to relax. That relaxing allows the brain to then do some of it's best thinking. It might be minutes or days, but with that kind of conscious work, eventually the thoughts start to flow again. Most important is to work to keep the frustration from becoming overwhelming. Just be confident in the knowledge that you have a contribution to make, and will a little time and "pause time" for your brain and emotions, it will come back!

The 5 Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity which is 21st century time management will be in stores Dec 30th and can be pre-ordered right now.
Project Management for the Unofficial Project Manager will be out late spring. When you think about it, most of our work today is made up of projects but us "regular" people have not had any methods or learning to really be successful at projects and leading project teams. This book has the recipe!
The Presentation Advantage will be out sometime after that. Presentation in the 21st century is not about standing in front of one hundred people...it is the sharing of information between two or more people with the intent to inform or persuade. This book will provide what everyone needs to be a powerful and authentic communicator.(less)
