I grew up in a small town in northern Minnesota and base most of my books there. I live in central Minnesota with my husband of 12 years along with our daughter and son.
Becoming a published author has been a dream of mine since I was 13 years old.
I also enjoy crocheting, singing and playing the piano, although I am a bank teller by day.

The Last Kiss' inspiration

I based "The Last Kiss" loosely on the J. Frank Wilson and the Cavaliers' song, "Last Kiss" about a car accident involving two young lovers.
It is one of my favorite songs and was listening to the song when I was looking for inspiration for a book.
It's a novelette (a long short-story or short novel) and is a quick read.
