I am a writer, animal lover and reluctant exerciser. Childhood conditioning (an emotionally unavailable father, a younger brother with schizoaffective disorder) led me to develop various relationships throughout my life with increasingly difficult and narcissistic men, until I encountered the ultimate ‘wolf in sheep’s clothing’ personality, which although a traumatic experience forced me to finally make some necessary changes in my life and in myself.

Up until these books I had mostly written for other people throughout my career, never getting around to writing the book/s I had always intended to write. Yes I am self-published. Start with Createspace.com - it's the easiest way to go about it. A great book I recommend is Rick Smith's Self Publishing Masterclass. It is brilliant and takes you through step by step how to do it. Hope this helps and all the best

Susan, this may sound strange but I was involved with an affair with a narcissist and it has been horrible to get out of. It was a 2 year affair that was more like gf/bf. Would this book still apply?

Yes this book would apply to your situation but the second book End of the Fairytale is probably more appropriate as you can see the total madness of me going back and then being unable to leave when it was clearly so wrong.
