In 2009, the inspiration to write came out of the blue. At first I thought I may have gone a little mad, suddenly ‘hearing’ these stories in my head… But assured I was not on the fast track to a funny farm, and encouraged by friends and family, my first attempt to write a young adult novel was over 400,000 words by the time it was complete and weighed 12 pounds! (That's singled spaced! Yikes!) And a second book still necessary to complete the entire story!

With the best intentions
