Andrea Weir is an award-winning novelist, literary journalist and writing coach. Her novel A Foolish Consistency took first place honors in the Chatelaine Book Awards and was a finalist in four other national book competitions.

As a journalist, she has written thousands of feature articles. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, the London Times and the New Delhi Times; Huff Post; and Elle, Self and Glamour magazines. Over the course of her career she has interviewed Nobel Laureates, celebrities, and even the Dalai Lama.
