Growing up, I was a relatively quiet child, often found with my nose in a book and my mind drifting away in one fantasy world or another. Thanks to my father, I became interested in books at a very young age, and used my local library from the age of five with profound glee at having a whole new world opened up for me.
I absolutely loved Stephen King and James Herbert, but as time went on I found new favourite authors like Laurell K. Hamilton, Sherrilyn Kenyon, and Christine Feehan, to name but a few. Yes, I’m a fan of the supernatural, especially the ones with a love interest, even if they are rather bloody.
