Pen Names
My first book under my new name, Lynnette Austin, was released this week. Somebody Like You, the first in my Maverick Junction series from Grand Central, takes place in the hill country of Texas. Gotta love those cowboys--and Annelise, the heroine in my new story, certainly does. I have a new website www.authorlynnetteaustin.com to go with my new name. Come take a peek.
I'm hoping my Lynnette Hallberg readers will take the leap with me and embrace my new name and my new series. I have to admit to balking when my publishers first mentioned a pen name. But--a new line, a new subgenre, a new name. It fits.
