Hi Graham,
I find it very useful in particular to attract reviews. Some people downloaded my first book free in Amazon so were not allowed to post reviews there- however they can do it here. Only new myself to it so not much else I can say. It's always good to connect in my opinion generally. Slowly slowly catchy Monkey :@)(less)

It was only a few minutes that I heard in the car but the entire story evolved from there. Basically the man being interviewed served in the Irish army in 1943 and he was explaining how he was sent off with his comrades to a field in the middle of nowhere in County Tipperary in Ireland to build an airstrip. It was never used to his knowledge and there was an urgency and an air of mystery surrounding the project. From this I imagined an aircraft landing and who might be on it. It took some research, but even so I didn't want my story to be a historical piece so I developed Larry Flynn as the main character and set the story in near present day Dublin. He was essentially the victim or at least in his mind of what occurred in 1943 and it ruined his life. I gave him an opportunity on deaths door to get revenge for what happened and at the heart of the book is how he sets a chain of events in motion by his actions that result in mayhem and devastation to those around him. James Moushon Hi.

I’d like to introduce myself. Besides being the author of the Jonathon Stones Mystery Series, I am a strong Author's Advocate. I write articles highlighting other authors books. Also, I do author interviews and post them on my blogs. Thanks for friending me. Here’s my latest article.

Authors: The Task of Finding Readers – A Study
Over 30 Outstanding Authors Share Their Experiences.

All authors can learn something from this study.

As they say “This is great stuff. As authors try to gain traction in today’s marketplace. The secret besides writing good books is to find readers and establish relationships.”

You can view the complete study on the blog: HBS Author’s Spotlight
