How nice to hear from you. I hope you are doing well. To answer your question, I was elected to the RCGS college of Fellows in 2014, thanks to my research on the Labrador Inuit. Last year I was involved in doing some image research for Canadian Geographic's 2019 Quizz special issue as well as for a documentary sponsored by the RCGS on the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic. It was a lot of fun. Here's where you can actually watch the documentary (http://www.cpac.ca/en/programs/docume...). Unfortunately, I haven't been writing much lately, but I've been busy preparing the second edition of the book "Voyage with the Labrador Eskimos, 1880-1881" which complements the book "In the Footsteps of Abraham Ulrikab". It is going from less than 90 pages to over 290! I haven't been back in the Sharbot Lake area yet. Hopefully this summer! Take care! Thanks again for getting in touch.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Last time I went kayaking was on Sharbot Lake with a friend who lives near Westport. Such a beautiful lake! The book is available online through major retailers such as Amazon or Chapters-Indigo. If you have trouble finding it, let me know. Thanks again for your interest in Abraham's story. If you haven't seen the documentary "Trapped in a Human Zoo", which is based on the book, it's accessible on the website of CBC's The Nature of Things with David Suzuki.
All the best,
