Legend had it that two men had committed suicide on the property. I never felt comfortable in the house. There seemed to be unsettled spirits. When my family moved out of the house, the next owner experienced the tragedy of the death of their son, who hung himself in the barn. Was the property cursed?(less)

There are so many books in which to choose from. I do like historical fiction, so something along that genre. Outlander? Poldark? Harry Potter? I am also a Jane Austen fan. No matter which book I would choose, I would be a healer. An apothecary of some sort. I would use herbs, oils, crystals, and the guidance from above to do good and help others.(less)

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - More Than Just A Book

At the stroke of 12:01am, July 31, 2016, boxes were cut open to the resounding cheers of awaiting readers who had counted down the last 10 minutes while they stood in line. Many were dressed in costumes, carrying wands, and wearing time turners around their necks. They waited patiently for Harry Potter And The Cursed Child to be placed into their hands, whisk out the door, and begin reading.

T.H. White
“The best thing for being sad," replied Merlin, beginning to puff and blow, "is to learn something. That's the only thing that never fails. You may grow old and trembling in your anatomies, you may lie awake at night listening to the disorder of your veins, you may miss your only love, you may see the world about you devastated by evil lunatics, or know your honour trampled in the sewers of baser minds. There is only one thing for it then — to learn. Learn why the world wags and what wags it. That is the only thing which the mind can never exhaust, never alienate, never be tortured by, never fear or distrust, and never dream of regretting. Learning is the only thing for you. Look what a lot of things there are to learn.”
