I am an avid reader and health freak. Reading and writing are both my passions; my blog(http://www.onepoundless.net) and my books provides a way for me to express both my passions for health and writing in a conjoined manner. I love sharing knowledge about the medicinal purposes and weight managing purposes of foods, herbs etc. I am from a small Caribbean country called Trinidad and Tobago where a lot of these fruits, vegetables and herbs are easily accessible; I tend to have a couple grown in my back yard.
I believe that the consumption of natural foods and herbs is the key to helps us live a better disease free life, and even if you are burdened with an illness/illnesses I still believe that natural Foods and herbs are the way to go.
