My motorsports history book Speed Duel: The Inside Story of the Land Speed Record in the Sixties has been optioned by Company Pictures for development into a TV series. The deal was negotiated by Samantha London of The Alpern Group. (Thanks, Sam!) Company Pictures, which is based in the UK, is known for such productions as “Generation Kill,” “The White Queen,” “The Life and Death of Peter Sellers,” “Wolf Hall” and “Elizabeth I.”
