Personally your books are some of the best I've ever read and I do hope that you decide to publish more books in the future, whether they be self-published or otherwise. I don't circle around to Goodreads very often, honestly, but when I do it's always nice to see there are some folks out there that remember my books fondly. That's much appreciated. I can tell you that there's no chance at all that I'll ever publish another book "traditionally." That ship sailed without me a long time ago, and I wouldn't want to step aboard it anyway. I have, admittedly, considered self publishing and might someday in the future. If I do I will let you all know here on Goodreads, of course.(less)

Hi John, I understand you're not with your original publisher anymore (probably a great decision) but I'm wondering first of all, how you're doing and hoping life is good. John Marco answered Guy Heidenreich's question: First off a big "thank you" for publising again! I can't wait to read The Bloody Chorus when it arrives at my doorstep later this week. (Tyrants and Kings is my favorite series ahead of Foundation and LOTR). My questions are, will this new book stand alone or will is it be the first of a series, and, is it possible to get a signed copy of it for my brother for his birthday?
