After I wrote the first draft of the book, I found myself liking Roderick Marlow too much, so during rewrites I went back and made him a little darker. I also went back and made the man she ends up with a little more manly and appealing. I still hear from readers who like Marlow, the “bad boy.” Someday I may write a sequel focusing on him.(less)

Hi Sierra,
I would probably say The Girl in the Gatehouse, as I fell in love with so many of the characters, and it has the most nods to Jane Austen. I fondly call it, "my ode to Jane." Though I have to add that The Secret of Pembrooke Park, with all its mystery, is a favorite as well. How about you?(less)
