H.L. was at one time so afraid of talking to people about Jesus that he spent part of two days in a hotel bathroom throwing up. Since that time he has learned much about outreach and apologetics (defending the faith) and today travels throughout the U.S. and in many countries overseas leading mission teams and teaching others to share their faith.

He graduated from Murray State University in 1996 with a degree in Engineering Physics and has served as a campus ministry at MSU since that time. He is a writer for Outreach Magazine and has authored two books including God's Greatest Passion (GodsGreatestPassion.com) and his latest work Letters From A Martyred Christain (LettersFromAMartyr.com.) He is the founder of ReadyTracts.com. He lives in M

“The problem is this: A selfish faith is not the faith of Jesus Christ. The faith that Jesus established is one of living outside yourself and sacrificing your own needs, even your own life, for the lives of others. It always has been and always will be.”
H.L. Hussmann, God's Greatest Passion: Every Christian, Everywhere, Sharing Jesus
